Safari extension scrubs YouTube's 'Made with AI' videos from your feed

Weedout is a $1.99 Safari extension for macOS 13+ that removes YouTube videos carrying the platform’s own ‘Made with AI’ disclosure badge. Rather than throwing up a blocking overlay, it strips flagged clips out of the home feed, search results, related videos, playlists, and Shorts shelves before they render — the developer claims a labeled video disappears in roughly half a second, and cached ones never appear at all. An optional setting auto-skips AI-labeled clips in the Shorts player, and a ‘dim mode’ greys out matches in place instead of deleting them so users can sanity-check the filtering before trusting it.
