New OpenAI Decisions API Adds Image Support

OpenAI has released its new Decisions API, which includes a GPT-6 Luna model that supports both text and image inputs. The API is similar to Jev in structure, supporting three question types: yes/no, choices, and scores. Unlike Jev, OpenAI charges for input tokens only, at a rate of 10 cents per million, while Jev charges 4.2 cents per million. A new plugin, llm-openai-decisions, has been created to facilitate interactions with this API, following the model of existing plugins like llm-typesafe.
